CyberZoidz is operated by Ti-Cool Technical Solutions. We use connected social-media tools to create, schedule, publish, and review content for accounts that we own or are expressly authorized to manage. We do not sell personal information.

Information we may receive
Content information
Images, videos, captions, publishing status, media identifiers, comments, insights, and related metadata needed to manage authorized content.
Website information
Basic device, browser, referral, and usage information may be processed by our hosting, security, and analytics providers when you visit our websites.
How we use information
- Authenticate and connect accounts that an authorized user chooses to connect.
- Create, schedule, publish, edit, and evaluate social-media content.
- Display account, Page, media, and publishing status to the authorized operator.
- Maintain security, diagnose failures, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve our websites, content, and services using aggregated or limited analytics.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by Meta and its services, our hosting and infrastructure providers, and vendors that help us securely operate authorized publishing workflows. We share only what is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, or support the service, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain connected-account information and publishing records only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain security and records, or satisfy legal requirements. Access tokens and other credentials are treated as restricted information and are not intentionally displayed publicly.
Your choices and data deletion
You may disconnect the application through your Facebook or Instagram account settings at any time.
Request deletion
- Email adrian@ti-cooltechnicalsolutions.com with the subject “CyberZoidz Data Deletion Request.”
- Identify the Instagram account or Facebook Page involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or verification codes.
- We will verify the request and delete or de-identify information under our control, subject to security, legal, and recordkeeping requirements.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
