Ti-Cool Technical Solutions
Terms governing use of our websites, applications, content, and technical services.

By accessing a Ti-Cool Technical Solutions website or application, or by requesting or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website, application, or service.
We provide consulting, incident and problem management, AI automation, web systems, technical education, computer support, and related services. The exact scope, schedule, deliverables, and fees may be defined in a proposal, estimate, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement.
Technology work involves systems and providers outside our control. We will perform agreed services professionally, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation, a specific business result, or that every issue can be resolved.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful access, timely decisions, appropriate backups, and any licenses or permissions needed for the work.
Some applications connect to third-party services such as Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, or Threads. You must own or be authorized to manage every connected account. You remain responsible for reviewing content and permissions and for complying with each platform’s terms.
You may not use our websites, applications, or services to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, harass others, misrepresent identity or authority, interfere with systems, or publish content you do not have the right to use.
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us the limited permission necessary to process that content and deliver the requested service. Ti-Cool names, logos, site design, original materials, software, and documentation remain ours or our licensors’ unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Third-party products and platforms operate under their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and pricing. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, content decisions, or data practices controlled by those providers.
Fees, payment timing, deposits, expenses, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable written estimate, invoice, subscription, or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, completed work and third-party charges are non-refundable.
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, abuse, a material breach, or a third-party platform requirement. You may stop using our public websites or disconnect a connected application at any time.
Except for obligations expressly stated in a written agreement, websites, applications, content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, Ti-Cool Technical Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event.
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in North Carolina, unless another written agreement requires a different process.
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date will be revised when an update is published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
